Thank you for choosing Aesthé Jemini London! Please take a moment to read through the booking policy before securing your appointment.

Booking Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment - this will be deducted from your total on the day of your treatment.
Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment via cash or bank transfer.
For all aesthetic procedures and injectable treatments full payment must be made upfront or before your appointment.

Mobile Appointments

I am a mobile practitioner, offering treatments in the comfort of your own home.
Please ensure there is adequate space, good lighting, and access to a plug socket.
Travel is included within London, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas (up to 10 miles).
For bookings beyond 10 miles, an additional £0.50 per mile (round trip) may apply to cover travel time and fuel costs.
As I travel to you, please note that traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays — you will always be kept informed if this occurs.

I offer a range of waxing & advanced aesthetic services, including:

Dermal Fillers (lips and nasolabial folds only)
Filler Dissolving
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Microneedling
Skin Boosters inc. Profhilo, Lumi Eyes & Lumi Pro Lips
Dermaplane Facials
Dr Pen Facials
Vitamin Boosters (Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Vitamin C)
Fat Dissolving Injections (Aqualyx, Lemon Bottle & LipoLab)

Please note: I DO NOT dissolve fillers completed by other Aesthetic Practitioners

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
Appointments can be rescheduled once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
No-shows or repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Model Bookings

These may be temporary and information will be explicitly stated to clients for portfolio purposes.
Model bookings are heavily discounted and may take longer than standard appointments.
These bookings are for training and portfolio content purposes only and cannot be refunded or rescheduled last-minute.
Model bookings will be advertised on Instagram and Facebook, DM me to book model slots when available.

Photos and Social Media

Before and after photos may be taken for client records and, with your consent, may also be used for marketing and social media purposes.
Photos will be stored securely and handled in line with GDPR and data protection policies.
You may withdraw consent for public sharing at any time, though images required for treatment documentation will remain securely stored.

Patch tests are required for certain treatments, including waxing & dermal filler dissolving.
Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to treatment.
After booking filler dissolving you will recieve an email to book in for a patch test.
A small fee may apply for patch testing, which will be deducted from your total treatment cost upon booking.

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to booking or when completing the consultation form.
If you are unwell, please reschedule — treatments cannot be carried out on clients showing symptoms of illness.
For waxing, ensure the treatment area is clean, free from cuts, sunburn, or irritation.
Certain medical conditions and medications may affect treatment suitability; a consultation will always be carried out before proceeding.

No waxing under 18.
No filler under 21.
No anti-wrinkle treatments under 25.
Clients must be 18+ for all other treatments.
A consultation and consent form must be completed before your first appointment.

Aesthé Jemini London is a professional and clinical service — any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future bookings.

While every care is taken during mobile appointments, Aesthé Jemini London or myself cannot be held liable for any accidental damage to property (including but not limited to waxing spills, heat marks, damage to soft furnishings, spillages of products or staining) caused during the setup, treatment, or clear-down process.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the treatment.
Again please ensure there is adequate space, good lighting, and access to a plug socket.

Please ensure safe, accessible parking is available nearby.
Any paid parking costs will be added to your total.

Setup Space

A clean, well-lit space is required for setup and equipment.

Delays & Cancellations

If travel issues cause delay, you'll be contacted immediately.
Unsafe or inaccessible locations may result in loss of deposit.

Multiple Bookings

If several clients are booked at the same address, travel fees may be shared or waived.
